Casting 40 meter with a 5wt floating line seemed to me absolutely impossible even 2 years ago. Last year when I was raving in an email to Alejandro about managing to cast over 38 he just said: get smoother and you will go over 40... Well I did not believe it will happen but it had. Since I cast the T6 prototype and when the conditions were ideal I could do it a number of times. But the challange was even greater to cast that far AND film it too.
